What to expect after you reach out
Choosing care for a parent is rarely a single decision — it's a conversation that unfolds over a few days. When you send the form or call, a coordinator responds the same business day, often within an hour, to understand your loved one's situation. There's no obligation and no pressure; the goal of the first call is simply to learn what your family needs.
From there, one of our Registered Nurses visits the home for a free assessment — usually within 48 hours. The RN reviews health history, medications, mobility, safety, and daily routine, then designs a care plan tailored to your loved one. You meet your named caregiver before the first shift, and care can begin as soon as you're ready.
