How EagleWings Transitions works
When home care is no longer the safest option, EagleWings Transitions provides independent, conflict-free placement guidance for Maryland families. We are paid only by you — never by a community — so our only incentive is the right fit for your loved one. Here's what the process looks like:
- An initial call. We listen first — your loved one's health, finances, location, and what matters most to your family. No fee is charged for this conversation.
- A written quote and a shortlist. Before any work begins, we quote your fee in writing and disclose exactly how we are paid, then match you with a short list of vetted assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing communities.
- Tours and decision support. We help you tour, ask the right questions, compare costs, and negotiate — and we stay with your family through move-in day.
